Personal data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents and with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of data sale. We do not sell personal data. Users may submit privacy requests to our Privacy Team at any time.
CompliantData Security
User data is processed and stored within infrastructure operated by enterprise-grade cloud providers maintaining industry-recognized security certifications. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Authentication events, payment processing, and account state changes are protected by cryptographic verification mechanisms. No raw payment credentials are stored by AISIBLY.
