Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and CAVIC Digital OÜ, a private limited company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (“AISIBLY”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the AISIBLY platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering for an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

AISIBLY provides a platform that enables individuals and businesses to structure their professional and commercial data into machine-readable formats, making them discoverable and actionable by AI-powered systems and autonomous agents.

The Services include, depending on your subscription plan: structured identity profile generation, public profile publication, AI discoverability tools, integration capabilities, and access to the AISIBLY dashboard. The specific features available to you are determined by your active subscription tier as described on our Pricing page.

AISIBLY reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue features of the Services at any time, subject to the notice provisions in Section 10.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Services are intended for professional and business use; they are not directed at consumers acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.

Account Creation

Access to the Services requires authentication via a supported third-party identity provider (currently LinkedIn and Google). By connecting your account, you authorize AISIBLY to receive your basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@aisibly.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. AISIBLY may suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Plans

AISIBLY offers a free Starter plan and several paid subscription tiers. The features, limits, and pricing of each plan are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.

Billing & Payment

All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize AISIBLY to charge your designated payment method for the applicable fees on a recurring basis. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid.

All fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid plan access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account transitions to the Starter plan. Your profile and data are retained and remain accessible subject to Starter plan limits.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact legal@aisibly.com within 14 days of the charge.

Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated charges applied to your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes

AISIBLY may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice to affected users. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

5. Intellectual Property

AISIBLY Property

The AISIBLY platform, its underlying technology, design, methodologies, and all content produced by AISIBLY — including but not limited to the AI-generated structured output, the platform interface, and associated documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of CAVIC Digital OÜ or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform or its output beyond the limited license described below.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the raw data, text, and materials you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). AISIBLY claims no ownership over Your Content.

Generated Output

The structured profiles and machine-readable outputs generated by the AISIBLY engine from Your Content are licensed to you for use during your active subscription. Upon account termination or subscription expiry, this license ends. You may export your structured data at any time while your account is active.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, you grant AISIBLY a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

6. Data Usage & Licensing

License to AISIBLY

By using the Services, you grant AISIBLY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, structure, host, and serve Your Content through the Services solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you and your authorized end-users or AI agents. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.

Public Profile Data

A core function of the Services is the publication of a structured, machine-readable identity profile at a publicly accessible URL associated with your account. By activating this feature, you explicitly consent to your structured profile data being publicly accessible, including to AI systems and automated agents. You may deactivate your public profile at any time from your dashboard.

No Training Use

AISIBLY does not use Your Content to train foundational AI models without your explicit prior consent.

Aggregated Data

AISIBLY may use anonymised, aggregated, non-identifiable usage data for platform improvement, product development, and industry reporting purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent, including misrepresenting your identity, credentials, or business information
• Attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or undermine the integrity of any verification, trust, or authentication mechanism within the Services
• Use the Services to transmit malicious code, malware, or any content designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Conduct automated requests in a manner that places unreasonable load on the platform infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying methodology of the Services
• Use the Services to infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Services without AISIBLY’s prior written consent
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

AISIBLY reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspension or termination of access and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Disclaimers

Specifically, AISIBLY does not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any structured output generated by the Services will achieve specific discoverability outcomes or rankings in any AI system, search engine, or knowledge graph
• The Services will meet all of your specific business requirements
• Third-party AI systems, agents, or platforms will interact with your profile in any particular manner

AI discoverability depends on many factors outside AISIBLY’s control, including the policies and architectures of third-party AI systems. AISIBLY makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

AISIBLY’s total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AISIBLY in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Service Modifications & Termination

Modifications

AISIBLY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. For material changes affecting paid plan functionality, we will provide at least 14 days’ prior notice via email. Non-material changes (UI updates, new features, minor adjustments) may be made without prior notice.

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

Termination by AISIBLY

AISIBLY may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by applicable law. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. Your public profile will be deactivated. You may request an export of Your Content within 30 days of termination; after this period, AISIBLY may delete your data in accordance with its data retention policy.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11 — shall survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As an Estonian-registered entity operating within the European Union, AISIBLY is also subject to applicable EU regulations, including the GDPR.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AISIBLY reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to submit a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to These Terms

AISIBLY may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
