1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AISIBLY platform... operated by CAVIC Digital OÜ, Harju maakond, Tallinn.
AISIBLY provides a computable infrastructure layer designed to structure unstructured data into semantic graphs suitable for Large Language Models (LLMs) and associative knowledge generation.
2. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the data you submit to our nodes. We grant you a limited license to our DDA parser and Universal Commerce Protocol framework.
3. Data Usage and Licensing
3.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the raw data and content you connect, upload, or sync with the AISIBLY platform ("User Data").
3.2 License to AISIBLY: By using the Services, you grant AISIBLY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to parse, structure, host, and serve your User Data through our API endpoints solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and your authorized end-users or AI agents.
3.3 Generated Graphs: The structured metadata schemas, semantic relationships, and graph abstractions generated by the AISIBLY engine remain the intellectual property of AISIBLY, licensed to you during the term of your active subscription.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Deploy nodes containing malicious code, malware, or destructive content.
- Attempt to manipulate the "Trust Signal" or "Verifiable E-E-A-T Schema" metrics through deceptive practices or forged cryptographic signatures.
- Intentionally overload, spam, or perform denial-of-service attacks on the AISIBLY infrastructure or inference engine APIs.
- Host data that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties or applicable laws.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
