1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are typically used to remember your preferences, track behavior, or keep you logged in.

However, because Aisibly operates primarily as an API-first, agent-to-agent protocol (via the Universal Context Protocol - UCP), our reliance on traditional browser cookies is strictly limited to essential dashboard administration.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Operations (Required)

These cookies are necessary for the core functionality of the Aisibly human-facing dashboard. They manage secure authentication (JWT sessions), CSRF prevention, and basic load-balancing. They cannot be disabled as the system cannot securely function without them.

Performance & Diagnostics (Optional)

We use completely anonymized metrics (such as Vercel Web Vitals) to measure UI responsiveness. This helps us ensure the human interfaces remain as lightning-fast as the API endpoints. We do not use third-party marketing trackers (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics).

3. Agent Telemetry (UCP Logs)

It is important to note that interactions made by AI Agents, Web Crawlers, or LLMs hitting our /.well-known/ucp or /api endpoints do not use cookies.

Instead, these machine-mediated interactions are governed by cryptographic signatures, API keys, and Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs). These handshake logs are stored in our infrastructure to provide you with the Agent Discovery Log, but they contain no human PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

4. Managing Your Preferences

You have full control over the optional diagnostic cookies. Upon your first visit to the dashboard, you are prompted with a consent banner. You can withdraw this consent at any time via your Account Settings.

Additionally, you can configure your browser settings to reject all cookies, though this will prevent you from logging into your Aisibly Administration Dashboard.
